Made to Order: Each shirt is custom-made just for your plushie!
Fit & Sizing: Designed to fit most stuffed animals. Please check the measurements picture to confirm the size you need before purchasing. We do not offer refunds if the item does not fit a different size or type of plush.
Care Tip: We recommend washing the clothing items before putting them on your plush to remove any potential excess manufacturing dye.

Specify your preferred font style, color, and number. If not specified, we will choose the font for you.
Note on Special Finishes: Glitter and metallic finishes are only available in fonts 1–22.

Custom Artwork & Photo Guidelines

Want a completely custom design, photo, or logo? We can print almost anything (Names, Quinceañera, Sweet Sixteen, Quotes, Numbers, Holidays, Hobbies, and more)!

File Requirements: Send a high-resolution, large PNG, JPEG, or SVG file through messages. Do not send photos taken of other garments.
Transparent Backgrounds: Your artwork must have a 100% transparent background. If it has a background, it will be printed exactly as received.
Line Thickness: Artwork lines must be at least 0.02 in (0.5mm) thick, or they may not transfer properly.
Sizing: Because these are small shirts, text and details have a size limit to ensure readability.
Color Accuracy: Screen displays use RGB, while DTF transfers print in CMYK. Exact color matches to your screen cannot be guaranteed.

Shop Policies & Important Information

All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition within 5 days.
Handmade Variations: Slight variations in color, fabric, dye lots, or style can occasionally occur and are normal. These are not considered defects and are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the postal service. Priority Mail includes insurance; for damaged insured items, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the post office.
Portfolio Rights: Bella Diva Boutique retains the right to use the final work product for portfolio and self-promotion purposes, online and in print.
