Sizes Available: Fits plushies and stuffed animals in 14-inch approx,  Check the measurement picture to confirm if it is the size you need.

How to Order & Personalize
Provide Your Details: In the "Add Your Personalization" box during checkout, please specify your text, design ideas, and your preferred font style and color from our lists below.

Font & Color Selection: I can match most colors, If you have a very specific shade in mind, you can always find its hex code online and send it over to me. I'll do my best to match it. If no font style or color is specified, we will select a complementary option to ensure your design looks its best. 

-Glitter and Metallic finishes are available in Block Fonts only. 
Glitter colors: Gold, Antique Gold, Navy, Silver, Black, Red, Emerald, Blue, Purple, Pink
Metallic colors: Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, Royal, Aqua, Raspberry, Rose Gold, Pink, Holographic

Artwork & File Submission Guidelines
To ensure the highest quality print for your custom garment, please follow these guidelines:

File Formats: Send high-resolution SVG, PNG, or JPEG files with a 100% transparent background via Etsy messages.

What to Avoid: Please do not send screenshots, photos of existing garments, or low-resolution web images. Artwork must be print-ready at your desired print size. Any backgrounds left on files will print as received.

Line Thickness & Sizing: Because these shirts are tiny, very intricate designs may need adjustments to remain legible. All artwork lines must be at least 0.02 inches (0.5 mm) thick to transfer properly.

Color Accuracy: Printed items use DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers in CMYK color mode, while screens display in RGB. While we match colors as closely as possible, slight variations between your screen and the physical fabric can occur.

Shop Policies & Care Information
All Sales Are Final: Because these items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Defects & Issues: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Fabric & Dye Variations: As handmade items, slight variations in dye lots, fabric texture, or sizing can occasionally occur between batches. 

Care Tip: We recommend washing new garments a few times by hand until the rinse water runs clear to remove any excess dye before dressing your plushie.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders ship with care, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost/stolen packages marked as delivered, or address errors. Shipping insurance is included with Priority Mail upgrades; any claims for insured packages damaged in transit must be filed directly with the postal service by the buyer.
