How to Order Your Custom Design

• Choose an Example: Want one of the styles shown in the listing photos? Just message me with the design needed.

• Custom Artwork: Have a unique idea? I can bring almost any design to life!

• -File Requirements: Email a high-quality SVG, PNG, or JPEG with a 100% transparent background. (Please do not send photos of other garments). Non-transparent files will be printed with their background exactly as submitted.

  • Line Thickness: Artwork lines must be at least 0.02 in (0.5 mm) thick to ensure a clean transfer onto the fabric.

   

Personalization & Font Options

• Fonts: Customize your text with your choice of font style and color! If no preference is specified, I will select one for you to keep your order moving quickly.

• Text Limits: Because these tees are scaled for tiny dolls, text length is limited to ensure the lettering stays crisp and readable.

• Glitter & Metallic Fonts (Block fonts only):

  • Glitter: Gold, Antique Gold, Navy, Silver, Black, Red, Emerald, Blue, Purple, Pink

  • Metallic: Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, Royal, Aqua, Raspberry, Rose Gold, Pink

  • Holographic: Round Multicolor, Holographic Blue Effect

Important Details & Shop Policies

• Color Accuracy: Screen displays (RGB) and printed transfers (CMYK) handle color differently. While I strive for precision, exact matches between your monitor and the final fabric cannot be guaranteed.

• Sizing Compatibility: Designed exclusively for 18-inch dolls (like AG). Refunds are not issued if used on different doll sizes or brands. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. If a return is authorized, items must be mailed back in original condition within 5 days.

• Shipping & Insurance: Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. I am not liable for lost, stolen, or carrier-delayed packages. Standard Priority Mail includes insurance; if insured items arrive damaged, the buyer must file a claim with the post office. (Note: Priority Mail speeds up transit, not production, unless a rush fee is purchased).

• Handmade Variations: Due to the handmade nature of these items, minor batch-to-batch variations in color shade or fabric style can occur.
