• Size: Custom-made to fit 14.5-inch dolls (such as popular 14"–14.5" doll brands). Please double-check your doll's size before purchasing, as we cannot offer refunds for items ordered for incompatible dolls.

• Closure: Easy-to-use Velcro back closure for quick dressing.

• Care Note: Handcrafted items may occasionally feature slight dye variations. We recommend washing the clothing a few times in cold water until the water runs clear before putting it on your doll to remove any excess dye.

How to Personalize

1. Name & Text: Include the name or text you would like on the shirt in the personalization box.

2. Font Style: Choose your font style and color from our available lists and specify your preference. If no preference is noted, a complementary font and color will be selected for you.

   • Note: Because the shirt is small, word length is limited to ensure the lettering remains clear and readable.

3. Custom Artwork: Want a completely custom design? Send us a high-resolution SVG, PNG, or JPEG file with a transparent background via email or message (please do not send photos of other garments). We can customize your shirt with names, pictures, birthday numbers, holidays, animals, sports, hobbies, or your own unique concept.

• Color Accuracy: We do our best to photograph items accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.

• Shipping & Delivery: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Priority shipping speeds up transit time only and does not expedite processing time. Insurance is included with Priority Mail; for damaged items shipped with Priority Mail, the buyer is responsible for filing the postal claim.

• Defects or Errors: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a return is authorized, items must be sent back in their original condition within 5 days.
