How to Order Your Custom Design

• Choose an Example: If you love one of the example designs shown in the listing, simply type the name of the design in the "Add your personalization" box.

• Custom Artwork: Want something else? I can create any design you like! Please email a high-quality SVG, PNG, or JPEG of your artwork, design, or logo with a 100% transparent background.

  • Important: Do not send photos of garments. If your file is not transparent, it will be printed exactly as received with the background.

• Line Thickness: Artwork line thickness should be at least 0.02 in (0.5mm) or thicker. Thinner lines will likely not transfer properly to the fabric.

Personalization & Font Options

• Font Choice: Customize your font style and color by specifying your choices in the personalization box. If no font is selected, I will choose one for you to prevent order delays.

• Text Size Limits: Because these shirts are made for a small doll, there is a limit to how much text can be included while remaining readable.

• Special Finish Options (Available in Block Fonts Only):

  • Glitter: Gold, Antique Gold, Navy, Silver, Black, Red, Emerald, Blue, Purple, Pink

  • Metallic: Gold, Silver, Red, Blue, Royal, Aqua, Raspberry, Rose Gold, Pink

• Color Disclaimer: Screen displays (RGB) and printed transfers (CMYK) render colors differently. While I do my best to ensure accuracy, exact color matches between your screen and the final product cannot be guaranteed.

• Sizing Compatibility: These clothes are specifically tailored for standard 18-inch dolls. No refunds will be issued if used on a different type or size of doll. Please review the item descriptions and pictures carefully, and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

• All Sales Are Final: No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed and paid for.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery. If a return is authorized, items must be sent back in their original condition within 5 days.

• Shipping & Delivery:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and I do not cover return shipping.

  • I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed by customs, marked as delivered by the carrier, or damaged if shipped without insurance.

  • Shipping Insurance: Standard Priority Mail includes insurance. If your insured item arrives damaged, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the post office for reimbursement.

  • Note on Priority Mail: Selecting Priority Mail speeds up transit time, but it does not expedite processing time unless a rush processing fee has been purchased. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

• Handmade Variations: Because our products are handmade, slight dye lot variations can occur, resulting in minor differences in color, fabric shade, or style from batch to batch. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to minor color, size, or style variations.
